Steelers Finding Winning Ways

The Pittsburgh Steelers are finding their winning ways that led them to a Super Bowl win last year with a 37-3 win against the Carolina Panthers, giving them a 3 game winning streak. The playoff hopes for the Steelers are on life support right now, but everytime they win they keep them alive for one more week. Yesterday's game started off slowly with neither team scoring, but the Steelers then opened up the offense scoring at least 10 points in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter.

Steelers Get Back to Back Wins

For the second time this season the Pittsburgh Steelers get back to back wins pulling their record up to 6-7. The outlook doesn't look good for this season though, with the AFC North being led by the dominating Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals. The Steelers have a good chance of getting a third win in a row when they go and play the struggling Carolina Panthers next Sunday.

Police Chief Bill Spraw announced the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is donating money to purchase a new police dog.

The donation will also cover a ballistic vest for the canine.

Roethlisberger, who is a dog lover, wants to help aquire police dogs, which often must be purchased through donations because of budget constraints.
